We cannot see the Supplier connect function in our Pricing Table
The QuoteWin "Role" needs to be adjusted to allow access to the Supplier Connect feature. Modify the role to "True" (below) so when users log in to QuoteWin the next time, users will see the Supplier Connect option in the Pricing Table.
When I use the Supplier Connect button in the Pricing Table I get no results
After setting up the credentials, you will want to go to the Supplier Maintenance screen for each supplier and set up the "Supplier Connect User" for each one and click ‘Save’
What is Maximum Quantity?
The Max Quantity is a field that is available for downloading which was provided by the supplier. It is simply the "maximum quantity retrieved from the supplier".
This will not be saved in your pricing table as QuoteWin has no max quantity, but it is available for you to view.
How is a currency populated?
Supplier currency code using Supplier Connect will be populated for that MPN price assuming that the exact 3 letter currency code is included in the list of currencies under Admin/Administration/Currency. If it does not exist, it will display an error for that MPN/part
Are prices obtained using Supplier Connect specifically to a region?
Most prices obtained using Supplier Connect are global. Some suppliers require you to provide a specific region when requesting credentials. In those cases, pricing will be specific to the specified region. The supplier credentials provided by your supplier will be specific to your account. If you have any questions regarding price validity, contact your respective sales representative.
What fields are included in prices retrieved using Supplier Connect?
- Price Volume: Price retrieved from a respective supplier based on the respective volume
- LT (Wks): Leadtime retrieved in weeks. Leadtimes provided in days from the respective suppliers were converted to weeks by dividing by 7 and rounding up.
- Pkg Qty: Package quantity retrieved from the respective supplier
- MOQ: Minimum order quantity as provided by the supplier
- Price Source: The column will be populated with SUPP CONNECT designating that pricing was retrieved from Supplier Connect and will include Supplier, Min Qty, Max Qty, and Multiple as provided by the supplier
I am getting an SC Error Code, what does that mean?
SC Error code is usually a problem with the supplier connection. Please provide the Download Prices file to support@quotewin.com
Can QuoteWin add support for additional suppliers?
We are planning to add support for the suppliers that have available APIs as included in the list below. If interested in a specific supplier, please confirm that they have an available API to retrieve price and availability and send an email to support@quotewin.com with the list of suppliers.

I am getting a timeout error, what does that mean?
The error means that it either exceeded your maximum allowed rate of responses as specified by the supplier or the supplier connection is not available at this time. You might want to try again and/or report the issue to support@quotewin.com by sending the Downloaded Prices file.
If I have a project set up with the Multiple MOQ/NRE option, will different MOQs/NREs be populated for each volume?
We are planning to release this capability in a future release.
What price is selected when multiple prices are retrieved for the same part?
When multiple prices are found for the required volumes, the lowest price will be selected.
What price will be selected if the required volume is lower than the lowest minimum quantity range?
The price with the lowest minimum quantity range will be selected.
What price will be selected if the required volume is higher than the highest minimum quantity range?
The price with the highest maximum quantity range will be selected.
