The Pricing Table Filter can be used to search and find specific results within your full pricing item list. Use this feature to set matching criteria and then "filter" or return only results that match your inputs. The filter is a compound "AND" filter - when you fill in different criteria subjects - the results must match an option from each different filter. For example: setting a filter for Supplier A AND MPN123456 will return results only where both of the statements are true.

Here is an overview of the most common and popular filtering capabilities:

  1. Supplier List - use the drop-down or start typing in this field to find matching supplier names or supplier short names. You can add one or many suppliers to this list.
  2. Mfg List - use this drop-down or begin typing to find manufacturers to filter for manufacturers that are in the pricing table.
  3. Commodity List - returns only commodities that you choose here
  4. Mfg Part Number - begin typing - and then choose a resulting MPN to filter for only that MPN or those MPNs
  5. Part Number - choose or enter a PN to find only that part number - note that the result may pull items that show other part numbers if the resulting MPN reports to different part numbers
  6. Priced/Unpriced filter - find either priced parts or unpriced parts in the pricing table
    • Supplier Part numbers are any individual lines that may or may not be priced
    • Priced or unpriced part numbers look at all supplier responses to determine if the part has a price or no pricing at all
  7. Send/Unsent filter - return only line items that were either sent or not yet sent
  8. Price/Price Buffer filter - return lines where the price is either currently matching or not matching the buffer price in SupplyWin

After filling in your desired search click the Filter button to see the results. Note that any delectable options (like Part, MPN, Supplier, Mfg, or Commodity) need to be enclosed in a blue bubble in order for the filter to consider them. Additional advanced filtering can be found on the advanced tab.

**Filtering can be used in conjunction with the Lookup feature as well as the RFQ Dashboard!**

After setting a filter - action items will only apply to your resulting filter. For example, filter for unpriced supplier parts - and then go to the RFQ Dashboard to send out only the lines that are unpriced. Or filter for a specific commodity and then run a lookup to only run across that commodity.
