The Project Filter column on the left will control which projects you see in the main projects pane on the right.
Basic Filter:
The basic filter will allow you to set the region you are viewing as well as set a quick filter to find either active projects, due in 3 months, or created in the last 3 months. To further specify these attributes or custom search for projects go to the Advanced Filter.
Advanced (Adv) Filter:
The Advanced filter will allow you to specify different project attributes and the filter will be applied automatically as you enter your desired specifications.
Two advanced filters are text entry:
- Project - type any part of the project name to narrow down the results
- Description - type any part of the project description to narrow down the results
The other options in the advanced filter are all attribute-based and can be used in combination with each other. Select the attributes you are looking for to automatically apply the filter.
For example, set the Status to "In Process" if you only want to view projects that are set to that particular status. If you also only want to see your own projects in that status also select your name in the Project Owner dropdown.
The Project Filters are "sticky" filters - so they will still be set just as you left them the last time you worked in QuoteWin.
